The Thermea Spa Village project brought Paver King onto one of Ontario’s premier outdoor wellness destinations. Our work covered commercial excavation, grading, drainage preparation, armour stone installation, hardscape construction and landscape integration across a premium hospitality development.
Working alongside multiple contractors and trades, we coordinated closely with project managers to keep the work moving throughout the project.
Paver King supported the Thermea Spa Village development in Whitby through several stages of construction, providing excavation, grading, trucking, drainage preparation and material handling.
Excavation established the foundation for the pools, landscape features, walkways and supporting infrastructure throughout the site. Construction areas were then prepared through grading, excavation and material movement to support the phases of development that followed.
Site grading and drainage preparation helped support effective water management across the development. Large armour stone retaining systems were installed to stabilize grade transitions while supporting the natural character of the finished landscape. Preparation for walkways, gathering areas and outdoor amenities also formed part of the construction process.
To keep site operations efficient, material deliveries, excavated material removal and aggregate movement were coordinated throughout construction. Equipment on the project included excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, tri-axle dump trucks and compaction equipment.
Close communication with project managers and other contractors helped maintain site organization and project progression. The project demonstrates Paver King’s ability to contribute to technically demanding commercial projects requiring precision, coordination and high-quality workmanship.
